If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at info@theoptimizeddentallab.com for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The private 45-minute strategy session included in the Founder's Edition is scheduled directly with Daniel Alter after purchase. If a refund is requested after the session has taken place, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable session fee from the refund amount, reflecting the time already delivered.
